I agree to be filmed, photographed, and audio-recorded by Kendall Guillemette ("the Producer") today, and I give the Producer permission to use that recording. WHAT THIS COVERS. The Producer may edit, copy, publish, and distribute the recording — including my name, likeness, voice, and anything I say — in videos and related promotional material, on social platforms, websites, and other media now known or later developed. APPROVAL. Before the finished video that includes me is published, the Producer will email me a private link to review it. TERM AND TERRITORY. This permission is worldwide and does not expire, unless I withdraw it as described below. WITHDRAWING. I can ask the Producer to stop using my footage by emailing the address in my confirmation email. The Producer will remove it from channels they control within a reasonable time. Copies already downloaded or reshared by others may not be recoverable. COMPENSATION. I understand I will not be paid for this, and I'm not expecting to be. MY ASSURANCES. I'm agreeing to this for myself. Nothing I said on camera was taken from someone else's copyrighted work. CONTACT.
